These Terms and Conditions apply to any purchase of services from Psychegetics

1. These Terms and Conditions may be amended periodically and you will be deemed to have accepted any amendments if you use this website after those amendments have been posted.

2. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Psychegetics website  if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page

3. All prices are in Australian Dollars.

4. Psychegetics respects your privacy and the confidentiality and security of personal information provided by you to us.

5. Psychegetics is not responsible for any liability, or damage a client or student may incur whilst attending a healing or any of the other services we provide, or as a result of actions taken or misactions, nor do we accept any responsibility for the information imparted in a course, healing session or any of the other services we provide. 

6. Please read and understand the Code of Conduct in relation to sessions with use of Psychedelic Cannabis. Psychedelic Cannabis experience is currently not covered by insurance. 

7. While every care is taken, Psychegetics does not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the performance, accuracy, timeliness, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. The information available through this website is provided for general information and wellbeing purposes only.

8. Testimonials published by Psychegetics are independent and genuine. However, they do not represent a guarantee or warranty of similar results.

9. Description of services and prices may be subject to change or correction at any time without notice.

10. Psychegetics will under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising in relation to any transaction entered into or any goods or services purchased, throughout this website subject to the requirements of Australian Consumer Law.

You acknowledge and agree that no information or advice provided by us including that contained in blogs, information, videos, vlogs, health and wellbeing information, any other information on this website or associated social media platforms any way constitutes health or financial advice or advice of any other regulated industry or creates a warranty of any kind with respect to this website..

12. This website may also include links to other websites that are operated by third parties. We are not responsible for and do not sponsor, endorse or approve the content or operation of those websites or any products, services or information contained in them or offered by them. These links are provided for your convenience to provide you with further information. You acknowledge that they are used at your own risk. You should review the privacy policy and terms and conditions of use of those websites when you visit them.

13. Disclaimer: This website does not intend to diagnose. The information shared is not a replacement for a consultation with a duly licensed health care professional and is always intended to be subsidiary to such a consultation. Please do not diagnose yourself. Please see your GP for a diagnosis. If you are taking any medication, have a condition under medical supervision, or if you are pregnant or breast feeding, please consult your doctor prior to taking any supplements or making dietary changes. You are solely responsible for any results you obtain as a result of using the information on this website.

14. Psychegetics will not be liable to you or any other person or entity.

15. With the name we are in no way promoting the use of illicit substances that may cause harm. Psychegetics does not supply or sell cannabis, please check links for medical doctors that will prescribe the medicine.

16. Psychegetics places a high priority on the care and support of our participants and clients. Our commitment to their well-being is paramount, guiding our approach to ensure that every individual feels supported, understood, and valued throughout their journey with us.

    Accepting this Safety Terms & Conditions is required before participating in the Conscious Cannabis Breathwork Event.

    By checking accepting these terms and conditions, I agree that all the following statements are true and accurate:

    • I agree that if I am pregnant or nursing, I will abstain from Cannabis during the event

    • I have used Cannabis more than one time, either smoking or as an edible.

    • I do not have any past or present medical conditions that may affect my ability to safely participate in this event. (A psychedelic experience may not be appropriate for persons with cardiovascular problems, severe hypertension, recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness, or epilepsy.)

    • I am not currently on any medications, supplements, or recreational drugs that may affect my ability to safely participate in a psychedelic experience.

    • A psychedelic experience is not appropriate for persons with any severe mental illness without significant specialized professional care, including but not limited to Psychosis or other psychotic disorders, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), any Personality Disorders. I do not have any past or present severe mental health diagnoses that may affect my ability to safely participate in a psychedelic experience.

    • I have never required significant treatment or been hospitalised for a psychological or emotional disorder or for any psychological or emotional reason.

    • I have never had a severe, adverse reaction to using cannabis or other psychedelic medicines, either physically, emotionally, or otherwise.

    • A trusted health professional has never advised me to cease or otherwise limit consumption of cannabis, psychedelic medicines, or using altered states practices.

    • Paranoia, anxiety, and panic are not uncommon under the influence of a psychedelic. Our team knows how to support these experiences safely, however, it is very helpful to know beforehand if this has happened in the past or is a common experience for you. I have never experienced extreme paranoia or anxiety, panic attacks, or other extreme negative experiences while using cannabis, any psychedelic medicines, or during any other time in my life that required a significant intervention.

    • I understand that Psychegetics cannot be held liable for any injury, mental reaction or any adverse reactions or effects from my participation.

    • I understand that Psychegetic events are for expanding consciousness only and are not meant to be a substitution for medical or mental health services.

    • It is illegal to drive with cannabis in the body system and i will not drive after the session until medicine has left completely left my system and it is safe to do so.

    • I understand that Cannabis is completely optional to take during events and is not necessary for participation.

    • I understand that Psychegetics will not sell or supply any Cannabis to the participants of the events.

    • I have a medical cannabis prescription or are willing to get one for the event. Those working with psychegetics must abide by their local jurisdiction. In Australia you must show proof of your dr’s medical prescription before doing any cannabis work with us.

    I also agree that I will be part of the Psychegetics mailing list which provides newsletters and information. (You can contact us at pete@psychegetics.com to be removed from the mailing list for newsletters).

    I affirm I am healthy enough to participate in events by Psychegetics. I also acknowledge that I can schedule appointments with a medical doctor or licensed mental health councilor about these terms and conditions i am accepting.

    Psychedelic experiences are very safe, but they are not for everyone. Although most experiences are positive and deeply meaningful, psychedelics often show us what we need to see, not what we always want to see. Therefore, being approved to participate in an experience does not guarantee a safe, easy, or enjoyable experience.

    I also agree that should my answers to these questions in this form change for whatever reason, I will contact Psychegetics at pete@psychegetics.com and discontinue attending these events until I receive permission by email from Psychegetics or such a time that I can resubmit the form truthfully.
