THE EVENT
Join us for this immersive 3-hour experience and embark on a journey of self-discovery, connection, healing, and transformation. Prepare to leave with an open heart - feeling rejuvenated, empowered, confident and aligned with your true self. Our experienced facilitators, Usamah Aissou (Spirasana) and Pete Volos (Psychegetics) will guide you every step of the way, creating a safe and supportive space for your journey within.
We will start the evening with embodiment exercises to drop into a sense of presence within the body. We will then facilitate a Cacao ceremony where we will set an intention for inviting the heart to open and awaken within us. We will then drop into connection with some fun, engaging exercises. Then we move into a live DJ ecstatic dance set from tribal to electronic and everything in between we aim to assist a natural flow peaking and resting to mirror the rhythm and energy of life. Prepare to shake, spin, whirl and twirl, releasing stagnant energy that no longer serves you. The music becomes the facilitator during the wild ecstatic dance ending with moments of stillness into silence where we can find inner peace together.
Our intention is opening to heart through self-exploration, connection, healing, expanding human potential and community building.
- Embodied movement and breath exercises to drop into our bodies
- Cacao ceremony and intention setting before connecting with others and the ecstatic dance to open our hearts.
- Next-level, conscious, fun, deep & inspiring live DJ music journey.
- A beautiful, sacred, safe space for you to dance freely in.
- Hang out after the dance (optional)
- Best Saturday night out and no hangover!
This is a safe and respectful environment that embraces 'all ways'. Drop your conscious mind at the entrance and just be present in the body. This event supports the free expression of emotions and inner space through connection, meditation, breathwork, movement and music.
